Welcome to TigerPak.com.au (“the Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you (“the Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Site.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including but not limited to TigerPak’s name, logo, text, images, design, layout, graphics, and their arrangement—are the property of TigerPak Packaging (“TigerPak”) or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without TigerPak’s prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
All trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners.
2. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access this Site. Any information submitted through the Site is deemed non- confidential and non-proprietary. Do not submit information you consider confidential.
TigerPak reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time without notice.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Product Information
The submission of an order via this Site constitutes an offer to purchase products from TigerPak. All orders are subject to acceptance by TigerPak and to TigerPak’s general terms and conditions of sale.
Product displays and prices on this Site are indicative only and do not constitute an offer to supply. All products and prices are subject to availability and change without notice. Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers or based on manufacturer information. TigerPak acts as a reseller and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions.
TigerPak reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may apply and will be specified at checkout.
4. Payment & Security
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by TigerPak.
TigerPak uses secure payment gateways and takes reasonable steps to protect your payment information. However, TigerPak is not liable for any unauthorised access to, or loss of, your payment information.
All passwords and access details for TigerPak.com.au are confidential and must only be used by authorised employees of the Customer for placing orders. These details must be returned to TigerPak upon termination of the Customer’s relationship with TigerPak.
5. Delivery & Risk
TigerPak will use reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframes, but is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control.
Risk in the products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the delivery address specified in the order. Title to the products passes upon full payment.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to TigerPak’s Returns Policy, which is available on the Site. Please review the Returns Policy for details on eligibility, process, and timeframes.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, unless faulty or otherwise required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
This Site and its contents are provided “as is.” TigerPak makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or any content, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TigerPak will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of use) arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site, its content, or the products supplied, whether in contract, tort, equity, under statute, or otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

TigerPak reserves the right to make changes to the Site, including its content, layout, product range, ordering mechanisms, and terms, at any time without notice. Access to the Site may be terminated or suspended at TigerPak’s discretion.
