Product Not Required or Not Wanted Anymore

- Item must be returned within 100 days of purchase.
- Returned product/s must be unopened, undamaged and in a resellable condition
- Custom or Special Orders products cannot be returned.
Once approved, please Include a copy of the return paperwork provided by our customer team in your return to ensure this is processed quickly.
Faulty Product Return
If your return is for a faulty product, we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you. Please let us know via the form if you would like a credit or a replacement product sent.
Wrong Product Return
If your return is for a product we’ve sent you in error, then we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you. Please let us know via the returns form if you would like a credit or the correct product.
Custom and Special Order Products
We do not accept returns or credits request for custom made or special-order products that are not part of our stock range, unless there is quality or damage issues.
