Terms and Agreement

This Agreement starts on the Commencement Date and ends at the expiration of the Term, subject to clause 1.3. or unless terminated in accordance with clause 9.8 or clause 13.
During the Term, the Supplier agrees to supply and the Customer agrees to lease the Equipment for the Equipment Price and purchase the supply of the Consumables for the Contract Price, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If the Customer remains in possession of the Equipment for a period of seven (7) days following expiration of the Term, without objection by the Supplier after the end of the Term, this Agreement is automatically extended for a further term for a term equivalent to the Term, without any need for the Customer to give written notice
of any kind.
The Customer must not alter or interfere in any way with the Equipment, including removing any labelling or instructions provided with the Equipment.
The Customer must not make any representation or give any warranty in relation to the Equipment and/or Consumables not expressly authorised by the Supplier in writing.
