• Item must be returned within 100 days of purchase.
• Returned product/s must be unopened, undamaged and in a resellable condition.
• Custom or Special Orders products cannot be returned. Unless there is a quality or damage issue.

Faulty or Wrong Product/s Return: We can arrange a courier to pick up the undesired product/s. Please let us know if you want the refunded value as store credit or we can arrange delivery of the correct product/s to your facility.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you. Please fill out a Return Request Form and our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly.

Place your order before 11am for available stock items, and we will deliver it by the end of the 4th hour that same afternoon (Times might vary).
